Landdrill also announces the appointment of Michael Tripp, LLB, LLL, General Counsel as their new Corporate Secretary.  Mr. Tripp obtained his common law degree in 2002 and his civil law degree in 2003 and has since practiced corporate law while obtaining significant experience through the completion of several private and public mergers, acquisitions and financings.  Mr. Tripp joined Landdrill during January 2012 and takes over the functions of Corporate Secretary from the CFO.
