Landdrill International Inc - Grant of Stock Options

MONCTON, NB, Oct. 20 /CNW/ - Landdrill International Inc. (TSX.V:LDI) reports that it has granted 2,050,000 incentive stock options to various directors, officers and employees exercisable at a price of $0.28 per share for up to 10 years. All options were granted pursuant to the Company's existing 10% rolling stock option plan and the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange, and will vest over a period of two years. Of those receiving options, a total of 1,300,000 options were issued to officers and directors.
