LANDR names Robert Frances as Chairman and recruits Pierre-Etienne Simard as EVP and CFO

MONTREAL, Sept. 16th, 2016 /CNW Telbec/ - Pascal Pilon, CEO at LANDR Audio, announced today that Robert Frances has been appointed as Chairman of the Board of Directors. With more than 25 years of experience in the investment sector and as a former professional musician, he intends to continue contributing to the development and the advancement of LANDR's strategy. As founder of PEAK Financial Group and the 2011-2012 President of the International Chairman of Young Presidents Organization (YPO), Robert is known and respected in the business community as a strong leader, able to bring cohesion within an organization.

LANDR is also pleased to announce that Pierre-Etienne Simard has joined the company as Executive Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer as well as an investor. Pierre-Etienne joins with a wealth of experience in strategy, corporate finance, talent management, IP and legal matters having spent the last 15 years working at McKinsey & Company and other companies. He holds an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and civil and common law degrees from McGill University.
