Landry Investment Management announces Termination of the Landry Canadian Dividend Plus Fund

MONTREAL, Nov. 11, 2015 /CNW Telbec/ - Landry Investment Management Inc. ("Landry Management"), the investment fund manager of the Landry Canadian Dividend Plus Fund (the "Fund"), announces that it intends to terminate the Fund on or about January 12, 2016 (the "Termination Date").

As a result, the investment activities of the Fund will be suspended and, effective at the end of business on November 11, 2015, the Fund will be closed to new purchases of units. This decision follows a strategic review of the firm's products offering.

Unitholders will not be required to pay any charges or fees associated with the termination of the Fund. All costs associated with the termination will be borne by Landry Management. Unitholders are encouraged to speak with their financial advisors to discuss their investment options.
