Landry Investment Management announces the arrival of two new major shareholders in the company

MONTREAL, May 2, 2013 /CNW Telbec/ - Mr. Jean-Luc Landry, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Landry Investment Management is pleased to announce that Champlain Asset Management, a holding entity controlled by Champlain Financial Corporation, and Mr. Benoit Brillon, Chief Investment Officer of Landry, are becoming shareholders of the company.

According to Mr. Pierre Simard, Founder and President of Champlain Financial Corporation, Landry has an exceptional operational expertise with an excellent performance track record.

In the new structure, Mr. Landry will remain Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Benoit Brillon will remain Chief Investment Officer and Mr. Kit Dalaroy, a partner of Champlain Asset Management, will remain Chief Financial Officer.
