Landry Morin Inc. Reports Change of Corporate Name to Landry Investment Management Inc. and the Resignation of Chief Operating Officer

MONTREAL, Oct. 23, 2012 /CNW Telbec/ - Landry Morin Inc. reported today that it is changing its corporate name to Landry Investment Management Inc. and that Mr. Richard Morin has resigned from the firm to pursue other interests. Mr. Morin held the position of Vice-President, Chief Operating Officer of Landry Morin and was also a member of the board of directors.

The resignation of Mr. Morin took effect on August 31, 2012. Mr. Morin's functions have been assumed by Mr. Jean-Luc Landry, the firm's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, and Mrs. Colette Bournival, the firm's Vice-President Private Wealth.
