Laramide Resources Announces Results of Voting at Annual and Special Shareholders Meeting
TORONTO, May 31, 2013 /CNW/ - Laramide Resources Ltd. ("Laramide" or the "Company") (TSX:LAM, ASX:LAM) is pleased to provide a summary on the outcome of the voting results from the annual and special meeting of shareholders held on Thursday, May 30, 2013.
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.2 and TSX requirements, we advise details of the resolutions and the proxies received in respect of each resolution.
1A) Election of Director - Mr. Marc Henderson
