TORONTO, June 7 /CNW/ - The countdown is on!  With only six days to go before the final submission deadline, fans from coast to coast are being encouraged to give their community the national exposure it deserves by nominating it for the Kraft Celebration Tour - a national initiative that will see 10 lucky Canadian communities host a live broadcast of SPORTSCENTRE and receive a $25,000 community refresh from Kraft Canada this summer.

Fans have until Sunday, June 13 at 5 p.m. ET to nominate their community online at www.TSN.ca/kraftcelebrationtour.  As part of the nomination process, fans are invited to describe how a $25,000 community refresh would make a difference in their community and highlight their community's passion for healthy and active living.

The Kraft Celebration Tour hits the road this summer from August 20 to 29 with SPORTSCENTRE's Darren Dutchyshen and Jennifer Hedger, along with Jay Onrait and Dan O'Toole, leading the special broadcasts and putting the spotlight on the local communities and accomplishments of its local athletes.
