(TSXV: SDW), (OTC.PK: SFMGF) is pleased to announce that well-known technical sales group Lathrop Trotter of Cincinnati has become Sofame's product representative in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, West Virginia and Michigan. Lathrop Trotter also represents Solar Gas Turbines and Dresser Rand Steam Turbines as well as numerous other power generation products. Ed Stoermer of Stoermer-IES has joined Lathrop Trotter as Vice President of Cogen and Combined Heat and Power (CHP) System Sales. Ed brings Sofame Technologies, Johnston Boiler, Rentech Boiler as well as other products. Ed Stoermer has been successful in introducing Sofame's direct contact waste heat recovery systems and direct contact water heaters to several major American food processing multinational corporations on behalf of Sofame. By welcoming Ed Stoermer, Lathrop Trotter enhances its ability to provide all components of Combined Heat and Power (CHP) systems, including exhaust heat recovery, to engineers and industrial and institutional clients.
Lathrop Trotter designs and sells smaller, distributed power generation plants to industrial and institutional facilities. Cogen, and CHP for projects below 100 MW represent a reliable, cleaner and cheaper way to produce electrical power.
