MONTREAL, May 25, 2012 /CNW Telbec/ - Laurentian Bank has changed its mortgage rate. The changes are as follows:

5 year fixed rate: from 5.44%   to 5.34%   -0.10%
                 
Fixed Rate Special offer :                
5 years (fixed/closed) from 3.99%   to 3.89%   -0.10%
                 
This new mortgage rates will be effective as of May 26, 2012.
