MONTREAL, Aug. 28, 2012 /CNW Telbec/ - Laurentian Bank has changed its mortgage rates.  The change is as follow:

TERM   RATE   VARIATION
       
3 year fixed rate:   from 3.95% to 4.05%   0.10%
         
This new mortgage rate will be effective as of August 29, 2012.
