MONTREAL, Sept. 26, 2012 /CNW Telbec/ - Laurentian Bank has changed its mortgage rates.  The change is as follow:

TERM       RATE   VARIATION
           
3 year fixed rate:   from 4,05% to 3,85%   -0,20%

This new mortgage rate will be effective as of September 27, 2012.
