MONTREAL, Aug. 21, 2013 /CNW Telbec/ - Laurentian Bank has changed its mortgage rates. The change is as follow:

TERM   RATE   VARIATION
       
3 year fixed rate:   from 3.75% to 3.95%   + 0.20%
4 year fixed rate:   from 4.54% to 4.74%   + 0.20%
5 year fixed rate:   from 5.14% to 5.34%   + 0.20%

This new mortgage rates will be effective as of August 22, 2013.
