MONTREAL, May 20 /CNW Telbec/ - Laurentian Bank has changed its mortgage rates. The changes are as follows:

    
    TERM                                      RATE                VARIATION

    5 year:                       from  6.10%  to  5.99%           -0.11%

    Fixed Rate Special offer :
    --------------------------
    5 Years (fixed/closed)        from  4.70%  to  4.59%           -0.11%

These new mortgage rates will be effective as of May 21, 2010.
