LCBO Recalls 10 Vodka Beverage Products

TORONTO, Sept. 8, 2015 /CNW/ - The LCBO is issuing a recall of various flavours of Smirnoff Ice Coolers because of a possibility that they may contain small fragments of glass.  All affected products have been removed from the shelves of all LCBO stores.

This LCBO recall follows a voluntary recall by Diageo on Friday, September 4, 2015.  The company issued this voluntary recall after it detected quality issues with some bottles that could cause small glass fragments to break off and fall inside. The products recalled are listed below:

Customers and licensees may return the recalled products at any LCBO store for a full refund.  Lot codes are located on the shoulder of the bottle.

There have been no customer complaints or health concerns reported by LCBO customers in connection with the consumption of these products.
