Andrea Plotnick, Ph.D.
Vice President, Board and Executive Solutions
With over 25 years of experience in CEO and executive assessment and succession planning, leadership development, culture change, executive coaching and board effectiveness, Andrea is uniquely positioned to provide advisory services at the C-suite and Board level, while leading our Assessment and Succession practice. She joins LHH Knightsbridge from Korn Ferry.
Maureen Quinn
Senior Vice President, International Center for Executive Options (ICEO), Practice Leader Canada
Maureen will lead the development and growth of the ICEO practice at LHH Knightsbridge, which specializes in supporting leaders around the world with our career services offerings. Maureen has held senior executive positions at ManpowerGroup and Executive Interim Management, bringing extensive global experience in business development, operations and financial management. Most recently she led US Operations and Administration at Egon Zehnder.
Maureen will work in close collaboration with a dedicated team of ICEO Peer Advisors, including Tom E. S. Wright who recently joined the firm. Tom brings extensive experience and a successful track record, both nationally and internationally, as a business leader and sports executive, having led Salomon North America, adidas Canada and held the position of Commissioner of the Canadian Football League.
Robert Hosking
Senior Vice President, Managing Director, Search Practices
Building upon a 25 year career in senior leadership roles within the staffing industry, at Randstad USA and Robert Half International, Robert will lead the growth of LHH Knightsbridge's three search practices: Executive Search, Executive Interim Management and Recruitment Solutions. In this role, he will focus on setting the strategic direction, optimally organizing and aligning resources, and further expanding and supporting our C-suite of advisory services by continuing to provide unparalleled expertise in filling C-suite and Board roles across all sectors.
Mark Wickware
Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing
A highly experienced, performance-focused sales executive, Mark is a pivotal addition to the senior leadership team. In this new role, Mark will co-lead the execution of LHH Knightsbridge's growth strategy. He brings an impressive record of sales and sales leadership in diverse industries, including Financial Services, Insurance, Technology and Oil & Gas, supported by an ability to build long-term business relationships and high-performing global teams. Having worked across Canada and the United States, Mark's business experience with global companies aligns with our growth strategies and international investments.
