TORONTO, Dec. 2, 2014 /CNW/ - Legal Aid Ontario (LAO) will honour the 2014 Sidney B. Linden award recipient, lawyer William A. (Bill) Sullivan, at a ceremony hosted by LAO's Board Chair John McCamus December 4, 2014. The Honourable Madeleine Meilleur, Ontario's Attorney General will speak at the event. LAO's Sidney B. Linden award recognizes exceptional individuals who have demonstrated a commitment to helping low-income Ontarians in the pursuit of access to justice. The award is named in honour of Justice Sidney B. Linden, Legal Aid Ontario's first chair of the board of directors.
