Legumex Walker Inc. Announces Adjournment of 2015 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders
WINNIPEG, June 30, 2015 /CNW/ - Legumex Walker Inc. (TSX: LWP) (the "Company") today announced that the 2015 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for and convened on June 30, 2015 was adjourned due to the lack of requisite quorum.
The Company's 2015 Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders has been adjourned to 10:00 a.m. (ET) on July 29, 2015 at the offices of Borden Ladner Gervais LLP, located at 40 King Street West, 48th Floor, Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
The record date for shareholders entitled to vote at the meeting (as adjourned) remains the close of business on May 29, 2015 (the "Record Date"), as described in the management information circular dated May 22, 2015. To hold a meeting and conduct business, a majority of the Company's outstanding common shares as of the Record Date must be present or represented by proxy at the meeting (as adjourned) to constitute quorum. Accordingly, shareholders who have not voted as of yet are encouraged to submit their votes over the internet or by mail. Proxies or voting information forms must be received not later than 10:00 a.m. (ET) on Monday, July 27, 2015.
