Legumex Walker Inc. Announces Election of Directors
WINNIPEG, June 25, 2014 /CNW/ - Legumex Walker Inc. (TSX: LWP) (the "Company") today announced that the nominees listed in the management proxy circular for the 2014 Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders (the "Meeting") were elected as directors of the Corporation. Detailed results of the votes by proxy for the election of directors held at the Meeting today in Toronto are set out below.
