"It's been 25 years since we launched our first Boréale, said Laura Urtnowski, President of Les Brasseurs du Nord. Today, we're celebrating with our employees as well as with all Quebeckers who love good craft beer, both of whom have contributed to our success. The launch of Boréale 25 is an invitation to join us in celebrating 25 years of nice conversation, fun and good times spent together with friends over a great beer. Today, I'm very proud to offer beer-lovers a new, great tasting ale that not only reflects our team's know-how, but also its creativity."
Boréale 25, like all Boréale ales, is 100% natural, brewed from superior ingredients: wheat-veiled pale and caramel malts, enhanced with hops, coriander and zest of orange during boiling and also raw, during fermentation in our tanks. With its 6.1% alcohol content, this coarse ale is unfiltered and unpasteurized to retain maximum flavour. Like all Boréale ales, it contains no colouring agents or preservatives.
The ideal companion for every summer spread!
Perfect when lounging on a terrace, Boréale 25 is an ale of character that is sure to please with its candied orange aroma and the smoothness of wheat. At its best right out of the fridge, Boréale 25 adapts to a wide variety of summer dishes. Whether you are enjoying salmon tartar, chicken teriyaki or a cheese platter, Boréale 25 is the perfect companion. Great tasting and great looking, you can also pair Boréale 25 to after-dinner bitter orange chocolates.
