LGC Skyrota Wind Energy Corp. Announces Director Resignation
VANCOUVER, March 15, 2010 /CNW/ - LGC Skyrota Wind Energy Corp. ("LGC Skyrota" "the Company") (TSX-V: LGS) today announced the resignation of Brian Smith as Director and Chairman, effective immediately. Mr. Smith cited his other commitments as the reason for his resignation.
The Company has no immediate plans to fill the vacancy on the Board.
