LGC SKYROTA WIND ENERGY CORP. PROVIDES RESTRUCTURING UPDATE AND ANNOUNCES
CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

VANCOUVER, Nov. 23 /CNW/ - LGC Skyrota Wind Energy Corp. ("LGC Skyrota") (TSX-V: LGS) announces that it has been unable to come to an agreement with the bank appointed administrator of its major subsidiary, Limavady Gear Company Ltd. ("Limavady"). LGC Skyrota is informed that the administrator intends to sell the assets of Limavady to third parties. As a result, LGC Skyrota has ceased operations.

The Company also announces the resignation of Richard Hogg, Willie McCarter and Fred Hogg from the board of directors effective immediately.
