LGX Oil + Gas Inc. announces executive changes

CALGARY, March 27, 2015 /CNW/ - LGX Oil + Gas Inc. ("LGX" or the "Company") (TSXV: OIL) announces that Curt Ziemer has been appointed Vice-President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of the Company effective today and that Matt Janisch, who previously held that role, is no longer an officer of the Company. Mr. Ziemer has been responsible for all accounting and financial reporting functions of LGX since 2012, most recently as Vice-President, Accounting.  The Board would like to thank Mr. Janisch for his service to the Company.
