Liberal leadership candidate George Takach releases economic platform

TORONTO, Feb. 12, 2013 /CNW/ - Liberal Party of Canada leadership candidate George Takach released a bold economic platform that would cut taxes and introduce a price on carbon. 

Highlights include: 

• Reducing barriers to achieve supply chain innovation;
• Establishing a Royal Commission on Tax Reform;
• Eliminating EI contributions and introducing a price on carbon; and
• Replacing the Net Benefit Test for foreign investment.
