Libra Advisors, LLC Acquires Common Shares of Crocodile Gold Corp. for
Investment Purposes

TORONTO , Nov. 10 /CNW/ - Libra Advisors, LLC ("Libra"), announced today that it has acquired 435,000 common shares at a price of $1.25 per common share of Crocodile Gold Corp. ("Crocodile") and 247,500 warrants. Each warrant entitles the holder to acquire one common share, at a price of $1.50 per warrant until November 2, 2011 .

As a result of the acquisition, Libra now holds 12,935,000 common shares, representing approximately 9.46% of the total outstanding common shares of Crocodile, and 3,997,500 warrants of Crocodile that, if exercised, would result in Libra holding approximately 12.04% of the total outstanding common shares of Crocodile.

Libra acquired these common shares for investment purposes and may, from time to time, acquire additional securities of Petro or dispose of such securities as it may deem appropriate.
