Libra Advisors, LLC Acquires Special Warrants of Dacha Capital Inc. for
Investment Purposes

TORONTO, March 26 /CNW/ - Libra Advisors, LLC ("Libra"), announced today that it has acquired 4,440,000 Special Warrants of Dacha Capital Inc. ("DAC") at a price of $0.45 per Special Warrant in connection with DAC's private placement. Each special warrant entitles the holder to acquire one common share, at a price of $0.45 per warrant on the earlier of (a) four months and a day following the Closing Date, and (b) the third business day after a receipt is issued for a final prospectus by the securities regulatory authorities in each of the Provinces of Canada.

As a result of the acquisition, Libra now holds 844,551 common shares, representing approximately 3.68% of the outstanding common shares of DAC, 2,501,551 warrants and 4,440,000 special warrants of DAC that, if exercised, would result in Libra holding approximately 26.05% of the total outstanding common shares of DAC.

Libra acquired these Special Warrants for investment purposes and may, from time to time, acquire additional securities of DAC or dispose of such securities as it may deem appropriate.
