Lincoln Mining Corporation - Investor Relations Update

VANCOUVER , Oct. 8 /CNW/ - Lincoln Mining Corporation (previously named LPT Capital Ltd.) ("Lincoln Mining" or the "Company") (TSXV: LMG) announces it has engaged Sinclair Pacific Communications ("Sinclair") of Vancouver , BC to provide investor relations services to the Company. The principal of Sinclair, Mr. Rishi Kwatra is experienced in providing shareholder communication services for junior mining companies. Sinclair and Mr. Kwatra are at arm's length to the Company and they do not currently have any interest, directly or indirectly, in the Company or its securities, or any right or, to the Company's knowledge, intent to acquire such an interest, other than in respect of any stock options that may be granted to Sinclair.

The Company's agreement with Sinclair, subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange, is for an initial term of three months and may be extended by mutual agreement of both parties in writing. The Company will pay Sinclair a monthly fee for services of $7,500 a month plus reasonable pre-approved travel and sundry expenses. The total costs of these services during the initial three month term are anticipated to be $22,500 plus applicable taxes and approved expenses, which costs will be paid from the Company's general working capital. Sinclair will provide general shareholder communication services including investor communications, trade show development and advertising assistance. Sinclair will work closely with Company management to implement, strategize and enhance shareholder value through an effective investor relations program.

Lincoln Mining Corporation is a Canadian-based mineral exploration and development company with several projects in various stages of exploration, which include the Pine Grove and Hannah gold properties in Nevada and the La Bufa gold-silver property in southwestern Chihuahua, Mexico .
