Linde Canada to highlight branded line of welding and cutting equipment/safety apparel at the Waste & Recycling Expo in Montreal Français
MISSISSAUGA, Ontario, Nov. 4, 2015 /CNW/ -- Linde Canada Ltd. will be showcasing its extensive line of Linde-branded welding and cutting equipment, safety products and apparel at the Waste & Recycling Expo Canada to be held November 4-5, 2015 at the Palais des Congres in Montreal, Quebec. The event, being held in conjunction with the first annual Municipal Equipment Expo, is Canada's only trade show serving the waste, recycling and public works markets showcasing the newest innovations including various equipment, services, and products from leading companies around the globe.
"We believe the Linde-branded line of welding and cutting equipment, gases and consumables, combined with our specialists' extensive applications experience, is second to none," said Karl Villeneuve, area general manager - Canada Eastern Region. "Visitors to our booth #2409 will have the opportunity to meet with our specialists to discuss products and services that suit their specific needs."
Villeneuve also pointed out, "Linde has a very broad line of personal protection equipment and apparel to suit virtually all the requirement for workers in severe environments. "The line is designed to protect workers from head to toe – including helmets, eye and head, clothing, gloves, face, hearing and respiratory protection, boots and shoes, as well as harnesses and harness strength and wear testing services to assure the safety of workers who may be working in high places such as scaffolds. "We can customize many of these items to suit specific environments," he said.
Linde welding experts will also be highlighting its line of MISON® shielding gases which reduce the amount of ozone formed during the welding process, while improving the stability of the arc, increasing weld strength and lowering clean up time; ODOROX™ odorized oxygen which has a very distinct smell to help mitigate the danger of potentially dangerous oxygen leaks because the smell becomes noticeable in plenty of time to take protective action; and VIVANTOS® ready-to-use cylinders which provide a safer workplace because they are equipped with an innovative, protective guard to ensure that delicate gauges and couplings are shielded against impact from objects or falling cylinders.
