MONTREAL, July 30, 2014 /CNW Telbec/ - The 30th edition of L'International des Feux Loto-Québec closes with an epic tribute to one of the world's most renowned bands.
On Saturday, August 2, Panzera S.A.S. and Paul Csukassy, Technical Director of the competition, present a tribute to the rock group Pink Floyd. Taking place on the eve of the 50th anniversary of the creation of the band, the pyromusical display features the music of the four major periods of the group: Syd Barrett, Pink Floyd, Roger Waters and David Gilmour. The spectacular finale will create a psychedelic mood and features big hits and lesser-known songs, including "Run Like Hell," "Comfortably Numb" and "Learning to Fly."
This annual spectacle celebrates outstanding works from some of the world's most brilliant artists. Tickets for the remaining evening are on sale now. For more information, visit www.laronde.com.
Every year the fireworks competition attracts close to 3 million people, making it one of Quebec's most attended events. L'International des Feux Loto-Québec proudly acknowledges the support of prestigious partners such as Loto-Québec and Tourisme Québec, two important Quebec institutions that recognize the event's economic impact and power of attraction.
