MONTREAL, April 7, 2022 /CNW Telbec/ - The Lion Electric Company (NYSE: LEV) (TSX: LEV) ("Lion" or the "Company"), a leading manufacturer of all-electric medium and heavy-duty urban vehicles, today announced that its management information circular (the "Circular") and related meeting and proxy materials have been made available to shareholders in connection with the upcoming annual meeting of shareholders of the Company which will be conducted in virtual-only format on May 6, 2022.
The Company also announced that it has previously filed its annual report on Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2021 (the "Annual Report") with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on March 29, 2022.
