LionGuard Capital Management Inc. announces registration on FundSERV network

MONTREAL, Oct. 24, 2016 /CNW Telbec/ - LionGuard Capital Management Inc. ("LionGuard") is pleased to announce that following strong demand from the investment community LionGuard Opportunities Fund ("Fund") is now registered and open for purchases through FundSERV. 

The Fund can be purchased by accredited investors through approved dealers across Canada, including investment advisors, brokers and financial planners. Fund's codes are the following:

• LGC100 – Class A
• LGC102 – Class F (fee based accounts)
• LGC104 – Class I (institutional accounts)

The Fund has the objective to achieve long-term growth of capital through disciplined investing in mainly small and medium capitalization North American equities. The Fund invests on a long/short basis and intends to achieve positive absolute returns with strict risk management parameters in place and with low correlation to equity markets.
