LionGuard Capital Management Inc. Becomes a Signatory of the United Nations-Supported Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI)

("LionGuard") is pleased to announce that, in the interests of abiding by the industry's best practices and ensuring that we fulfill our duty to all stakeholders, we have become a signatory to the United Nations-supported Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI).

The PRI is recognized as the leading global network of asset owners, investment managers and service providers who are committed to incorporate environmental, social and governance (ESG) considerations into their investment practices and ownership policies.

The Principles were developed by an international group of institutional investors reflecting the increasing relevance of ESG issues to investment practices. The process was convened by the United Nations Secretary-General.
