Lands 13-Episode Pickup Order From FOX
Lionsgate International TV to Preview Comedy, Produced with Tantamount Studios, Arnett and Production Company Principato-Young, at L.A. Screenings Next Week </pre> <p>SANTA MONICA, Calif. and <span class="xn-location">VANCOUVER</span>, British Columbia, <span class="xn-chron">May 17</span> /CNW/ -- LIONSGATE® (NYSE: LGF), the leading next generation studio, has landed an initial 13-episode pickup order from FOX for its new comedy series RUNNING WILDE, produced in association with Tantamount Studios, <span class="xn-person">Will Arnett</span>, <span class="xn-person">Peter Principato</span> and <span class="xn-person">Paul Young</span>. Starring an ensemble cast led by Arnett and <span class="xn-person">Keri Russell</span>, the half-hour series will debut on FOX this fall, airing Tuesdays at <span class="xn-chron">9:30 PM ET</span>/PT.</p> <p/> <p>The single-camera project, which Lionsgate International Television will preview at L.A. Screenings next week, reunites the "Arrested Development" team of Emmy-winning creator/executive producer <span class="xn-person">Mitch Hurwitz</span>, co-executive producer <span class="xn-person">Jim Vallely</span> and co-star <span class="xn-person">Will Arnett</span>, who are executive-producing the comedy along with Eric and <span class="xn-person">Kim Tannenbaum</span> ("Two and a Half Men") and <span class="xn-person">Peter Principato</span> and <span class="xn-person">Paul Young</span> ("Reno 911!"). Joe and <span class="xn-person">Anthony Russo</span>, whose directing credits include "Arrested Development," are also onboard as executive producer/directors. Emmy, played by <span class="xn-person">Keri Russell</span> ("Felicity"), is an altruistic tree-hugger determined to save the world who is repelled by Steve's lifestyle and values. The cast also includes Jayne Houdyshell ("The Bounty Hunter") as "Frau Gertie," Steve's overprotective former nanny and current head of security; Joseph A. Nunez ("Prison Break") as "Migo," Steve's friend and driver; and <span class="xn-person">Stefania Owen</span> ("The Lovely Bones") as "Puddle," Emmy's 12 year-old daughter.</p> <p/> <p>RUNNING WILDE is produced by Lionsgate in association with Tantamount Studios, <span class="xn-person">Will Arnett</span> and Principato-Young. <span class="xn-person">Peter Burrell</span> ("Privileged") is line producer and <span class="xn-person">Jake Aust</span> ("Community") is producer.
