This comes on the heels of the studio's latest success on the theatrical side as Tyler Perry's I Can Do Bad All By Myself, opened at number one at the North American theatrical box office with <money>$23.5 million</money> in its opening weekend. CRANK 2 HIGH VOLTAGE is positioned to become Lionsgate's sixth theatrical title on DVD this year to achieve a box office-to-DVD conversion rate greater than 100%, following in the footsteps of New In Town, The Spirit, <location>Bangkok</location> Dangerous, Transporter 3 and Punisher 2: War Zone.
