These efforts are part of a phased strategy in response to a growing multi-national workforce and are aimed at advancing the Company's domestic and international expansion strategy, business policies, innovation and operations activities as it seeks to solidify its position as a world leader within the industry.
NOEL O'NEIL
General Manager, LATUK
Lite Access, United Kingdom (LATUK) will be managed by Noel O'Neil who will be promoted to the new General Manager (GM). Noel was instrumental in working with the LATUK team since the inception of the UK operations and was a natural choice to lead the subsidiary. The role is defined as GM instead of Managing Director to reflect the closer managing relationship between corporate and LATUK as it enters a rapid expansion phase.
Noel brings four decades of work experience with backgrounds in mechanical and civil engineering in Ireland and the United Kingdom. Noel also set up and ran a successful Heavy Equipment Rental enterprise from 1997- 2010 supplying major construction firms with the Equipment, Knowledge and customer support they required during Ireland's 'Celtic Tiger' construction industry boom period. Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, Noel gained valuable knowledge and expertise on various Management Teams with Mahon and McPhillips and Pearce Construction in Ireland and BBF Formworks on Mainframe construction projects across the United Kingdom.

THOMAS (TOM) FLAHERTY
Project Director, LATUK
Most recently Chief Technical Officer (CTO) for Actavo in Europe, Thomas (Tom) Flaherty brings extensive experience in efficiently managing resources to enhance major fibre projects to successful completion. He will have the initial responsibility of managing/overseeing all aspects of the fibre deployment for the announced contract with Gigaclear (see press release dated March 23, 2018).
Mr. Flaherty is a solutions-oriented professional with extensive experience leading major infrastructure development and fibre and hybrid fibre-coaxial (HFC) network designing, building, and upgrading projects. He has proven success in achieving superior quality, safety, and stakeholder management objectives while overseeing all phases of multi-million projects from planning to delivery.
He was most recently CTO for Actavo in Europe from 2014 to 2016 and General Manager in the Caribbean during 2014, where his notable achievements included a FTTH build of 150,000 homes to provide high-speed internet access, playing a key role in delivering over 550,000 homes passed in an 18 month period and occupying both Operational and CTO roles for major FTTH / FTTB build projects within N8 countries in the Caribbean. Prior to that, Mr. Flaherty was Head of Network build for UPC in Dublin, where he spearheaded a €70 million regional network upgrade project for providing excellent service delivery to over 200,000 homes within 6 years. In addition, he prepared and executed effective strategies for completing the initial phase of a Dublin network upgrade project valued at €150 million and finished network up-gradation of 70,000 homes out of 350,000. Previously, he also served as Operations Director and CTO for major FTTH / FTTB build projects within N8 countries for Digicel.
Mr. Flaherty holds a Bachelor of Science, Business Studies from the Institute of Technology, Tallaght, Dublin and has numerous certifications and training, including: Prince2 Practitioner, ITT - Diploma in Business Studies, Internal Management Training, IIT - Certificate in Business Studies and Anco/FAS - C&G TV and Radio Servicing. He is also a Member of the Society of Telecommunication Engineers and Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineering.

In addition, the Company announces that for personal reasons, Dylan Griffiths has resigned from any employee, executive and Board responsibilities, effective 30th June 2018. The Board would like to wish him well in his future endeavours.
