Live your dreams to the MAX: Winning ticket for $30 million LOTTO MAX jackpot sold in Toronto
TORONTO, Aug. 3, 2013 /CNW/ - Good fortune has shone on Ontario once again - there is a single winning ticket sold in the Toronto area from the Friday, August 2, 2013 LOTTO MAX draw. The ticket is worth $30,350,652.50.
Additionally, there is a winning ENCORE ticket worth $1,000,000. This ticket was sold in the Brampton area.
The most recent winners of a LOTTO MAX jackpot in Ontario was a family of six from Peterborough who won $50 million in the July 5, 2013 draw.
Since its launch in September 2009, Ontario LOTTO MAX players have won over $1.8 billion in prizes, including 29 jackpot wins and 169 winning MAXMILLIONS tickets from all across the province.
For each $5 play, LOTTO MAX players receive three sets of seven numbers ranging from one to forty-nine. ENCORE is also available on LOTTO MAX for $1.
Next week's LOTTO MAX jackpot will be an estimated $10 million.
