Lloyd I. Miller, III Acquires Common Shares of IBEX Technologies Inc.

MONTREAL, Sept. 20, 2013 /CNW Telbec/ - Lloyd I. Miller, III, the investment advisor to Trust A-4, acquired, on September 19, 2013, ownership of 1,060,000 common shares of IBEX Technologies Inc. ("IBEX") through Trust A-4. The 1,060,000 common shares of IBEX were acquired through the facilities of the Toronto Stock Exchange at the price of US$0.0498 per common share or CDN$0.0509 per common share (based on the Noon Bank of Canada exchange rate), such common shares representing approximately 4.29% of the currently issued and outstanding common shares of IBEX.

As a result of the acquisition of the 1,060,000 common shares of IBEX, Mr. Miller, through Trust A-4 and Milfam II L.P. (an entity of which Mr. Miller is the manager of the general partner), owns or has control or direction over an aggregate of 3,864,200 common shares of IBEX, representing approximately 15.65% of the issued and outstanding common shares. Trust A-4 owns 2,484,700 common shares, which represents 10.05% of the issued and outstanding common shares, and Milfam II L.P. owns 1,379,500 common shares, which represents 5.60% of the issued and outstanding common shares.

The common shares were acquired for investment purposes only. Depending on the evolution of IBEX's business, financial condition, the market for IBEX securities, general economic conditions and other factors, Mr. Miller and his joint actors may acquire additional securities of IBEX, or sell some or all of the securities they hold, in the open market, by private agreement or otherwise, subject to their availability at attractive prices, market conditions and other relevant factors.
