LOBLAW COLLEAGUES WITH UFCW CANADA LOCAL 175/633 IN ONTARIO RATIFY COLLECTIVE
AGREEMENT

TORONTO, Oct. 15 /CNW/ - Loblaw Companies Limited (Loblaw) is pleased that members of UFCW Canada Local 175/633, representing approximately 1,800 colleagues from nine Loblaw banner stores in Essex, Kent and Lambton Counties in Ontario voted in support of the previously announced tentative agreement.

On October 7, 2010, Loblaw announced that members of UFCW Canada Local unions 1977, 175 and 1000A had also ratified the agreement.
