MONTRÉAL, July 31, 2015 /CNW Telbec/ - The Board of Directors of Logistec Corporation (TSX: LGT.A LGT.B) announced today that it elected to increase the dividend payment by 20%, and has declared quarterly dividends of $0.075 per share on all outstanding Class A Common Shares and $0.0825 per share on all outstanding Class B Subordinate Voting Shares.
The dividends will be paid on October 15, 2015 to all Logistec Corporation shareholders of record at the close of business on October 1, 2015. This dividend is an eligible dividend for Canada Revenue Agency purposes.
Dividends paid during 2014 totalled $0.97 per Class A Common Share and $1.067 per Class B Subordinate Voting Share.
