By focusing on delivering value and performance, as opposed to simply product sales, Sym-Tech offers dealerships a value-based solution that includes a full suite of F&I products, industry-proven training and development, as well as F&I menu and reporting software, all of which drives F&I performance and dealer profitability. Now, with the addition of the LoJack System to their suite of products, Sym-Tech will be able to offer multi-layered vehicle recovery options for Canadians.
"Sym-Tech has been playing a prominent role assisting dealers to offer a well-structured F&I sales process. Our approach is for the dealer to gain customer trust by providing clear, easy to understand choices based on what is most suitable for their needs." said Brad Wells, Sym-Tech General Manager. "We believe that working with a trusted brand such as LoJack is a win-win for everyone. Ontario dealers are looking for F&I solutions that deliver significant value and satisfaction for their customers. LoJack expands Sym-Tech's ability to offer multiple solutions to our dealer partners and lets them select the best products for their Business Office. With the LoJack System, our consumers have the opportunity to purchase a proven and reliable theft recovery system for their vehicle."
''This agreement with Sym-Tech represents a significant step forward for LoJack Canada, as it will increase and leverage each other's strengths and relationships, enabling us to offer significant opportunities for further growth," said Kevin Joy, General Manager of LoJack Canada. "As the Canadian auto industry continues to recover and consumer demand for new vehicles rises, LoJack Canada sees significant opportunity working with well-established F&I Providers. Being able to reach more dealerships through a recognized provider that is already offering an attractive product suite to dealers is fast proving itself an essential part of LoJack Canada's sales strategy."
LoJack Canada will provide training for Sym-Tech representatives on the various LoJack System offerings and potential dealership presentations.
