On Saturday, July 28 at 10:30 a.m. at the Esplanade Sun Life Financial in the Olympic Park, Quebec yoga guru and Lolë Ambassador Lyne St-Roch will welcome yoga enthusiasts of all ages for an unforgettable event focused on peace and balance. The only criterion for participation: come dressed in white, a symbol of peace.

A yoga session with Lyne St-Roch

Only 2000 places
The White Yoga Session is open to all men, women and children. And it's free! Space is limited to 2000 places, so it is important to reserve at www.lolewomen.com/whiteyoga. Doors open at 9 a.m. and the yoga session starts at 10:30. In case of inclement weather, the event will be rescheduled later in the day, or the following day if necessary.
