Look Communications Announces Director Resignation

TORONTO, Oct. 29 /CNW/ - Look Communications Inc. ("Look" or the "Company") (TSX Venture: LOK and LOK.A) today announced that Robert Ulicki has resigned as a director of the Company. Mr. Ulicki remains a director of Unique Broadband Systems, Inc. ("UBS"). Mr. Ulicki joined the Look board on July 21, 2010 and has been actively involved in the orderly transition of the new board.  Mr. Ulicki informed the Company that he feels that it is now an opportune time for him to resign, with the transition now complete.  The directors of Look wish to thank Mr. Ulicki for his diligent efforts during the transition period.
