Look Communications Announces the Appointment of Two New Board Members

TORONTO, July 27 /CNW/ - Look Communications Inc. ("Look" or the "Corporation") (TSX Venture: LOK and LOK.A) announced that David Rattee and Lawrence Silber were appointed new members of the Board of Directors of Look effective today. Messrs. Silber and Rattee have filled the two vacancies on the Board that were created as a result of the resignation of the previous Look Board on July 21, 2010.

Lawrence Silber and David Rattee join Robert Ulicki, Grant McCutcheon and Henry Eaton as the new Board of Directors of Look. Mr. Silber is a corporate/commercial lawyer practicing with the law firm Kelly Santini LLP in Ottawa and Mr. Rattee is an experienced public company and corporate director based in Toronto.
