LOREX Announces Appointment of Aaron Grubner to its Board of Directors

TORONTO, June 21 /CNW/ - LOREX Technology Inc. (the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Aaron Grubner to the Company's board of directors. Mr. Grubner is a senior member of the Corporate/Commercial Group at Minden Gross LLP with over 30 years of experience in the practice of law. Mr. Grubner lectures on corporate, business law and shareholder issues. In addition to his commercial practice, Aaron has a charitable organizations practice, representing charities in registration and compliance matters. He also serves as a legal advisor to numerous registered charities.

Mr. Grubner joins the following individuals as current members of the Company's board of directors:

    
    -   Reuben Klein, Chairman and CEO of the Company;

    -   Adam Levin, CEO and Chairman, Levin Consulting, provider of advisory
        services to the technology industry;

    -   Beverly Lyons, President, Lyons Advisors and former partner of
        PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Chartered Accountants;

    -   Nathan Retek, President of MNR Properties LLC, a US-based real estate
        investment company. Mr. Retek is also active as a syndicator of
        investments in real estate and other ventures; and

    -   Michael Uhr, General Partner, Marcus Partnership.
