Lorito Holdings S.á.r.l. and Zebra Holdings & Investments S.á.r.l. acquisition of common shares of Corsa Coal Corp.

TORONTO, Dec. 9, 2013 /CNW/ - Lorito Holdings S.á.r.l. ("Lorito") and Zebra Holdings & Investments S.á.r.l. ("Zebra"), two companies controlled by a trust settled by the late Adolf H. Lundin, announced today that Zebra had acquired ownership of 7,911,000 common shares of Corsa Coal Corp. (TSXV:CSO) ("Corsa") through the facilities of the TSX Venture Exchange on December 4, 2013. As a result of this acquisition, Lorito and Zebra together hold a total of 71,666,500 common shares of Corsa representing 10.74% of the issued capital of Corsa.

Lorito and Zebra are joint actors with respect to their holdings in Corsa and have acquired the shares for investment purposes. Each of Lorito and Zebra may from time to time increase or decrease their investment in Corsa depending upon the business and prospects of Corsa and depending upon future market conditions.
