LORITO HOLDINGS S.À.R.L. ZEBRA HOLDINGS AND INVESTMENTS S.À.R.L. - NEWS

TORONTO, Nov. 17 /CNW/ - Lorito Holdings S.à.r.l. ("Lorito") and Zebra Holdings and Investments S.à.r.l. ("Zebra"), investment companies owned by trusts the settlor of which was the late Adolf Lundin, held collectively, 19,736,352 common shares of Etrion Corporation ("Etrion") representing approximately 10.9% of the issued and outstanding shares of Etrion.

By shareholders agreement dated as of October 5, 2010 entered into with Lundin Petroleum AB ("Lundin"), Lorito and Zebra transferred to Lundin voting control of the 19,736,352 common shares in Etrion held by Lorito and Zebra. On November 12, 2010 the shareholders' agreement was terminated and Lorito and Zebra re-acquired voting control over the 19,736,352 common shares of Etrion. With an effective date of November 12, 2010 Lundin distributed an additional 19,904,915 common shares of Etrion to Lorito and Zebra. Lorito and Zebra now hold 39,641,267 common shares of Etrion, representing 22.0516% of the issued and outstanding shares of Etrion.

Control over the securities was acquired for investment purposes. Each of Lorito and Zebra may from time to time increase or decrease their investment in these securities depending upon the business and prospects of Etrion and depending upon future market conditions.
