MONTRÉAL, Nov. 15, 2024 /CNW/ - Loto-Québec is thrilled to announce that it chose Germain Hotels to manage the hotel to be built near the Casino de Montréal. Following a thorough request for proposals process, Germain Hotels emerged as the hotel project's ideal partner with its Le Germain Hotels brand. The new hotel will stand out through its design and the quality of its guest experience, as do the chain's other properties.
Loto-Québec will be the sole owner of the roughly 200-room hotel, and all its profits will be reinvested back into Québec. This promising project will enhance the casino's entertainment offer and cement its reputation as a prime tourist destination.

Loto-Québec is still working with several partners to finalize plans for the hotel and ensure it becomes one of Montréal's distinctive landmarks. Furthermore, with its quality architectural signature, the hotel will blend into its surroundings while preserving Parc Jean-Drapeau's natural beauty.
Construction will begin once all plans are finalized and approved by the relevant bodies. The hotel should welcome its first clients within two to three years. It will join the Hilton Lac-Leamy and Fairmont Le Manoir Richelieu in Loto-Québec's real estate portfolio.
