ENCORE ticket worth $1,000,000 sold in Niagara Falls
TORONTO, May 21, 2015 /CNW/ - Ontario lottery players check your tickets! A ticket for the LOTTO 6/49 jackpot from the May 20, 2015 draw worth $9,707,953.30 million was sold in Toronto.
A second prize ticket worth $229,706.70 was sold in Ottawa.
Finally, an ENCORE ticket worth $1,000,000 was sold in Niagara Falls and another ENCORE ticket worth $100,000 was sold in the Hamilton area.
Since LOTTO 6/49 was launched in June 1982, Ontario players have won more than $10 billion in prizes, including 1,307 jackpot wins. As of May 16, 2015, there have been 3,267 LOTTO 6/49 draws. For more information, please visit olg.ca and click on Lotteries.
