Lotto Max - 18 Maxmillions were won yesterday - The July 30th draw will offer
a $50 million jackpot and approximately 29 Maxmillions

MONTREAL, July 24 /CNW Telbec/ - 18 Maxmillions ($1 million each) were won in last night's Lotto Max draw thanks to selections sold in Ontario lottery (8), Western lottery (6), Québec lottery (2), Atlantic lottery (1) and British Columbia lottery (1). The Friday, July 30th, draw will therefore offer total prizes worth about $79 million, including the $50 million jackpot and approximately 29 $1 million dollar prizes. The number of Maxmillions includes those that were not won in the July 23rd draw in addition to those generated from new sales for the next draw.

With Lotto Max, any amount over the $50 million jackpot is divided into $1 million prizes called Maxmillions. For each Maxmillions, an additional selection of 7 numbers between 1 and 49 is drawn. These selections are not decomposable and prizes may be shared by winners.
