TORONTO, Aug. 31, 2012 /CNW/ - Loyalist Group Limited (the "Company") (TSXV: LOY), a consolidator of private English-as-a-second-language (ESL) schools, is pleased to announce that it has fully repaid the loan previously secured by the Company from Windsor Private Capital Limited Partnership ("Windsor").
Total repayment was approximately $1 million, which will save the Company approximately $130,000 per year in interest.
"While this loan was a necessary temporary financial bridge, given the support Loyalist has attracted in the equity markets, it is no longer necessary," said Andrew Ryu, CEO.
